Joe Atha is the owner of PMI Indianapolis and PMI Fort Wayne. Joe is on the operations and accounting team with PMI GPS. He joined the franchise in 2017 and currently operates in the top 5% of all franchises.

David Peschio is the Broker/owner of PMI Richmond PMI Prince William. He graduated from Virginia Tech and has been with PMI since 2012. Dave and his wife Terri have four children and keep busy with kid activities and travel. Dave is on the operations and accounting team with PMI GPS.

Mark Jones is the Partner & Founder of PMI Gulf Property Solutions and PMI Midwest. Mark is on the Owner and Maintenance Relations team with PMI GPS. He has been in the industry since 1996, joined PMI in 2009 and is a Regional Mentor, a member of the Franchise Advisory Committee for PMI and won Franchise of The Year in 2016. Mark and his wife Kristin have two boys and keep busy with traveling and boating.

Shannon Cornell is the Broker/Partner at PMI GPS. Shannon has been in the real estate industry since 2001 and has worked primarily in the Property Management industry. Shannon also is Broker/Owner at PMI Arrico Realty and Property Management Lakeland (Polk County, FL) and also PMI Heartland Realty (SWFL). S

Nicole Reinhardt is the owner of several franchises in Colorado and Florida. Nicole has been a franchise owner in the PMI system since 2014. Nicole is married to Robert Bartlett and lives part time in Florida and Colorado. Robert and Nicole have a blended family with 4 wonderful children and one adored grandchild.

Jeremy Brenneman is the Partner & Founder of PMI Gulf Property Solutions. He has been in the industry since 2010 as an Investor/flipper, Property Manager, Realtor, Franchise Owner and owner of a Maintenance and Construction company. Jeremy and his wife Stephanie have two daughters that keep them busy with club soccer and basketball. Jeremy is on the Owner and Maintenance Relations team with PMI GPS
