Welcome to our beautiful Modern Retreat 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home located in the beautiful city of Cape Coral. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. This home is nestled on a freshwater canal so you can fish right off the back yard. 
The house boasts a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, complete with comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining area features a table with seating for 6 and is perfect for enjoying meals together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an enjoyable soaking tub. There are two additional bedrooms are each furnished with queen-size beds and a kids room furnished with 2 twin size beds. The 3rd bedroom has an attached bathroom that is also the pool bath. No more running through the house to get to the bathroom with wet feet. 
The outdoor area of the house is just as beautiful as the inside, with a screened-in pool lanai that features comfortable seating and a dining table for 6. The lanai overlooks the sparkling pool, which is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day. The outdoor kitchen makes having a cookout easy and fun! 

Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cape Coral, just minutes away from local attractions, shopping, and dining. The house is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach, and golf courses located right off of Pine Island Road.

• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage.

• Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

• Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night.

• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI GPS Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

• I give permission to PMI- Gulf property Solutions  to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by Gulf Property Management.  You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any
questions.

• Security Cameras are present at the property and are located in the Driveway and Backyard that are actively working 24/7 (No working camera in the poolside for privacy). These are installed solely for safety, security and to aid law enforcement.
